PAST RESULTS/SUCCESS of Team Program !!

Since 2008, HLB has had 109 high school players move on to play at the college level (at 42 different schools in 19 states), garnering over $9,600,000 in both athletic scholarships/financial aid. In that same time frame, over 225 former middle/grade school players have gone on to play high school in KY, IN, OH & FL.

"FALL BALL" Teams

LEVELS:

Middle School: 6th; 7th; 8th boys
Grade School: 5th, 4th, 3rd boys

PROGRAM OUTLINE:

1) Prep for upcoming School tryouts by:

Improving execution/performance in game situation drills – live breakdown work
Core skills: Ballhandling control/vs pressure; Shooting under pressure, individual offense with/without ball
Competition: Regular, traditional league play starting mid/late Sept thru early/mid-November

VERY IMPORTANT: Identifying/Developing chemistry between core groups of players to keep together and that we can build around for next spring competitive team’s rosters

All coaches have been screened, hired and are mentored by senior staff.
Coaches are experienced and in repeat seasons with these grade levels

“Sign up” period: 8/10-8/15
Evaluation workouts & Roster formation (IF needed) 8/11-8/22 (Posted online & via email from 8/5-8/12)
Workouts/Practices/Competition: 9/2 through 10/25 or 11/2 depending on grade level
Practices: Teams try to practice once/week, but some may only be able to once every other week NOTE: The player’s availability info will be surveyed during signup and workouts/roster formation and the practice schedule then set and league to play in selected

Covers all practices/workouts gym rentals, all coaches’ stipends, team insurance, all administration
(NOTE: League fees are collected week league begins separately)
Range from $225-$260 per grade level, depending on grade level and # of players
Options to split/spread payments and multiple payment methods available
